![]() This time Lisa just did not want to be bothered with me, I could tell she was done, she complained that I washed my hands with soap and therefore, couldn’t polish my nails correctly (she could have wiped my nails with acetone to get any soap residue off, but I guess it didn’t cross her mind)my nails looked messy, even without the polish. Mistakes happen.Two-three weeks later I went back for another fill, I figured she knew the damage done to my nail, she would be the best person to work on it, rather than finding a new place and having to explain everything. Anyway, I knew she felt bad, she kept apologizing and gave the fill to me, no charge. I wish I kept the photo, the damage was gnarly. She went to file the bling off and slipped and the drill (which had a very mean looking metal bit on it) ate my finger! It hurt so bad, I wanted to walk out, but I decided to let her finish. Then I decided to STOP doing my own nails and went back to have Lisa do my nails, I always requested her because I like her work, she did a beautiful job, and this time she put “bling” on my nails! When it came time for a fill, that’s where everything went wrong. My word was Lisa ever rude! She complained the whole time, in Vietnamese of course. One day, I wanted someone else to polish my nails, so I went back. Then life happened and I couldn’t afford to go, so I started doing my own nails (I used to be a nail tech, so I could). Critical: ProfessionalismI loved going here, I had been going for a maybe a little over a year.
